how many here buy their properties under a company structure - as opposed to buying as a private entity?
In turn, what are the pros and cons of either? Also, is the process of obtaining an investment mortgage under a company name any different to obtaining one as a private person (obviously company income would be looked at).
So is there any benefit of becoming a company?
