I will need to do all correspondence via phone/email/fax and snail mail.

I will need to do all correspondence via phone/email/fax and snail mail.

I use Devita and Dixon Lawyers - they have both conveyencers/Settlement Agents and Lawyers. A good combination if the deal gets too sticky for a settlement agent and it needs to be escalated to a Lawyer.

use a conveyance if you wish but make sure you have a lawyer ready to take over the minute things hit a snag

i am using Lorenza from LDL settlements (someone recommended her on forum) and i can tell you she is very good.

Has answered my phone call each time i called her, it give me lot of comfort as i am in Sydney.

^^^ as above. Used her a few times. Very good and has sorted out a few issues that have poped up along the way.
