First home buyer looking for a good conveyancer in Melbourne who can review sec 32 for me for a minimal charge as long as I settle the property through them. Any suggestions?

We have used a guy called Terry Woolley from CPS Conveyancing for a number of property settlements. He is based in Greensborough and is a really decent guy - really knows his stuff too. Google him and give him a call - he'll give you a quote over the phone.
