Thanks for your reply! I suspect personal comments regarding finance/property on a finance/property forum, are not petty and ill conceived. Nor particularly personal in nature! I don't recall criticising your hideous violet car at all! I honestly had no idea you would have a problem with being reminded that property is out there to buy!! That friend of mine I referred to in my post now has 9 properties accumulated over a 3 year period. He became a man posessed!
We will have to have that drink one day - but _please_ no bartering over the price!
