Just wondering what the differences in costs would be in building a single storey single dwelling (240 sqm) vs single story dwelling consisting of say 10 tiny studio apartments each with an en suite and kitchenette (say 24sqm each)?
Things to exclude would be cost of:
En suite bathrooms
Kitchenette
Flooring
Air conditioning
Landscaping
Things i have considered but have no idea how much extra i would have budget for:
Fire resistance walls between each apartment
Plumbing connections (though i would like them to go through the middle of the house with kitchenettes and en suites for all 10 apartments adjoining)
Any ideas how much extra approximately ^^ that would cost?
Also other costs involved (excluding approvals etc)
