No offence but if your tying up capital and wasting time building a new house to rent out for what will most likely be a bad rental yield in an area with not so good capital growth prospects, then you will not be retired by 40

Unless your on 200 a year

Can't comment on the estates you mentioned and i somewhat agree with strongy1986.

Talk of 3rd Airport for kooweerup area,whenever that get's started,don't know if that will have a flow on affect.

Why not look at old stock that you can sub divide?

We owned a piece of land in cranbourne north around 4 years ago, one of the first development in the area. We sold it with some margin before ever building it

IMO, the boat has sailed away now as there are tonnes of new land release in the area
