Looking at a site that is flagged by this overlay. The property I am looking at is about 3 streets parallel to a main road. I assume the council deemed that this street is critical is a disaster situation.
However, the property I am assessing is a quiet suburban street so I would assume that it should not be an issue as long as the DA covers the concerns that it is a non issue?
Anyone else come across this?
Fortunately, it is the only overlay and the biggest challenge is now is the negotiation with the seller.
