I had to look up what you said on the Internet to try and find out what it means. That is brilliant, I have never heard of this before and I will definitely try, I guess the more favorable financial position I am in , the better chance of success. Have you been successful at getting the banks to eliminate that clause.
You would think that after 4 properties you would have heard about this, but you live and learn. Even met a lady today who has 7 properties and has never heard of quantity surveyor. Goes to show we are all learning all the time
