Crystal Creek, Toowoomba

I came across this webinar about land banking via an option. Does anyone here know the values of land there and what the likely prospects of resale are in 10 years time. There was a similar scheme promoted down in Melbourne a while ago.

I live in the Toowoomba region and I've never heard of Crystal Creek. It must be a proposed new development.

To assess the value proposition of that development, you really need to know where it is located. There are many new developments happening in on the periphery of Toowoomby city so there are many options and you will have to evaluate the potential for capital gains with great care ( as usual).

Do you have any idea where that Crystal Creek is supposed to be? I watched the video ( the bit about crystal creek anyway...) and it's about as clear as the air behind a heard of cattle.

Another thing: what is the track record of this Julian Dawson in similar projects? It would be interesting to know if he's any good at this sort of thing. He's definitely good at spruiking
