Damage on IP

HI Guys,
I just need some advice please. I have a rental in the country Nth Perth. I went for an inspection and the tenant told me he is giving me notice, so I emailed him with some things that need to be rectified before I come to do the exit inspection. I know things like a extractor fan, cupboard door hinges are my maintenance duty although they stuffed it. I just want to know if the retic system was fixed and a new control system fitted a week prior of them moving in and now it got holes everywhere in the hoses and half of the sprinklers are not working is that part of maintenance too,although it was in a 100% working order before they moved in or can I deduct some money from the BOND?
