Daylight saving?

I have my forum settings set to Eastern Australia- but time stamps were showing one hour ahead of current time. I went into my profile, and changed the setting "Automatically detect DST settings" to "DST Correction always off". The time now shows correctly.

Does the forum software think that Daylight saving has started?

It appears to be working fine now.
