So the new requirement to be a mortgage broker is to have a laptop, mobile and a 3 pack in Moree on finance?
One does wonder which will give you more greif longterm................

I was just looking at properties in Kempsey and I came across this property which looked familiar http://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-nsw-south+kempsey-116933171
Is this a property which Nathan brought for about 5k or something and renovated? I note in the description that it has been used as firewood.
Does he use REA from Cabramatta? A bit far from Kempsey. I wonder if they visit for open inspections?

Probably cheaper to do something like the following, partnering with local expertise to deliver cost-effective mutually-beneficial win-win outcomes:
"Go down road to burnt out car. See old man there. Pay $20 to borrow doona from him. Go round the back, chuck over the barbed wire fence, jump over and let yourself in. Return doona quick or he set dog on you but he good guy he look after house for me".
More seriously it's interesting to read the agent's profile and sales history: http://cabramatta.ljhooker.com.au/about-us/our-team/frankie-fong

While he claims to be a 'local specialist', this can't be true. Recent sales and listings are evenly split between Moree/Kempsey/Tamworth and Cabramatta.
Maybe Frankie could sell it as a clubhouse for most of the outlaw mc that no longer have any clubhouses in Qld..

Bargain of the century
Interestingly the above isn't on the agent's website.
I wonder if the pub opposite ever sold? https://www.google.com.au/maps/@-29...m2!1s8bLFClYnFpwA7jPjvoGMrA!2e0!6m1!1e1?hl=en
This looks a slightly better prospect but may require a buyer with *ahem* problem solving abilities http://www.moreerealestate.com.au/properties.php?id=8189513
One of the units has pictures of boarded windows but is claimed to be tenanted. Maybe people like living in the dark there? Or it's an old photo. The street is Detroit-like ie vacant blocks that might once have had houses and the odd burnt out/roofless apartment.
Although there is transport at the door https://www.google.com.au/maps/plac...acaddf21d8f5:0x99b1604bf9e51408!6m1!1e1?hl=en
This is a way to possibly get 6 tenants and potentially 'interesting' management challenges http://www.moreerealestate.com.au/properties.php?id=10349903&vtour
Local agents like the above often don't even bother to take photos of rental places offered although skater's post at http://somersoft.com/forums/showthread.php?t=65498 is relevant.
If anyone is thinking about Moree, stay clear of the Jones Ave one. It isn't in the best spot.
Confimed by Google.
Searching "Jones Av Police Moree" provides some interesting results eg that drinking ban proposal.
