Needing a conveyancer for my first IP (also my first buy), who has the time to go through things & has patience with someone who has little experience in the process of buying.

I use Bernice at Brimbank Conveyancing Services of 128 Parmelia Rd Taylor Lakes (look her up).

I have bought a couple and sold one using her services and a couple of times there were some problems with settlements that she sorted out.

She scared the selling agents so much they did not dare ask her for a cheque at settlement from the sale (deposit bond was used, they had no cash deposit) so I had to send them a cheque for their commission.
