i have had a depreciation schedule done for one of my IP this year, which i bought in 2009. i didnt claim for it in the 2009/10 tax return. now looking at my schedule i presume the list showing first year deductions is for 2009/10. if this is the case can i claim both year 1 and year 2 in this years return or do i have to apply for a adjustment to last years tax return.
