I have used Depreciator before I joined this forum and were happy with the outcome. As Depreciator (Scott) is a regular poster maybe you could PM him and asking for the options that best suit you. Like most things in life you get what you pay for so cheap is not always the best longer outcome. I would also opt for an onsite assessment rather than a remote assessment done using your input and photos but that maybe because it was easier for me.
