Looks like one of my IPs will need a new dishwasher as apparently you can't get parts for the Kleenmaid that is there as they went bust.
The cost including installation and removal of the old machine will be $650.
Can I write this all off straight away, should I get it added to my depreciation schedule, or should I get the bill split into the cost for the dishwasher and the cost for install/deinstall seperately and depreciate the dishwasher and claim the labour immediately?
