Does anyone know of any good drafters in Adelaide?
I am subdividing a block into 2 allotments approximately 350 sqm, with a frontage just over 18 m each, in the Marion council area.
I went and saw a drafter the other day to get some ideas of what I can put
on each allotment. I was told by the drafter that I can only build 3 bedrooms + a study with single garage only, on each block.
Apparently, the frontage is not big enough to accomodate a double garage. I don't think I will come back to see that drafter again as something is definately wrong there.
