Duplex builder for Sydney, Sutherland Shire.

Hello All,

I have a property which I intend on knocking down to build a duplex, it is a 663 sqm block.
Can anybody recommend a value for money duplex builder?
Have enquired with Eagle Homes who seem quite cheap when comparing prices of Masterton Homes.

Does anybody know of other similar project builders who do duplexes.
