It is a big development. It has been going on and on for many years.
One of our family friends bought a house there with city skyline view. After few years, the developer built a gigantic apartment complex in front of the house. The view , of course, totally blocked, but also all the off street parking was gone.
I am not optimistic about the investment potential as the development seems forever and got so much supply.
For PPOR, it is alright. It is close to High Point shopping centre, park, public transport (tram on Gordon st), and close proximity to the city. However, schools around the area are not so good and the crime rate.
