As its a PPOR it becomes a personal lifestyle choice. What one person likes another will dislike. No right or wrong answer.

If its CG you're after then look to where the most demand and least supply is.

Carina/ Carina Heights looks good to me

8 kms from city

Dirt cheap buying at the moment

Probably better for growth given the close proximity to city

Interestingly there is a $1 billion development in Cannon Hill....Carina's are right next to Cannon Hill

From a future development perspective I see a lot more in Carina than in 8 mile plains.

If you can get a site within 400m of a likely spot for one of the Eastern Busway Stations in Carina, even better.
