Seeking a suitable 240v single-phase electrical submeter (brand/model) for multi-occupancy rental property where usage from a set date to set date can be read from meter to correspond with dates on electricity company bill.

Get a single bill from the electricity company every 2 months (provides usage and charging based any date in one month to any date approximately 2 months thereafter depending on date meter read was taken).
What submeter brands/models are recommended that would simplify property manager needing to go out on a set day (to somehow correspond with when synergy meter read walker goes out which might be somewhat random) to get exact read e.g. one that can provide usage from a set date to a set date based on panel input or laptop read.
