Not your typical Elizabeth property!

I've got three under contract at the moment, ranging from $142k to $145k.

I wanted something I would be happy to fall back on and live in if absolutely necessary. The rent return is great too and I am confident we got it for under market value (paid under the listed price).

Do you mind me asking what rent it's getting?
 
My secret broker tools tells me 165sqm. Doesn't specify whether this includes/excludes driveway however.

The block is around 400 less easements and the house fills most of it at the back end. You are probably right the tenants have plenty of room as you can see from the photos. I think it was a good buy , my other ip is subdividable (going through rezoning) in WA.

I prefer buying cheaper property but not in the same area my view is less risk and more potential for upside in the long run.
