Yesterday I was searching some properties over the internet for PPoR in Epping/South Morang area and shortlisted some. Today did some more research and to my surprise all the properties ended up being close to the proposed E6 freeway
(around the Darebin Creek).
Did some more research on the Whittlesea council website and came to know that there is plan to construct rubbish dumps, tips around the Quarry area as well.
I have the following questions for local experts
1. Does anyone know the plans for upcoming high voltage power lines in South Morang/Epping. Where do I find them, I need to see their maps.
2. Maps that shows current and planned rubbish dumps which will emit stink
3. Are there any known no-go areas in Epping/South Morang where the council is proposing some infrastructure which will reduce the property value when it comes up
