Excel - really quick and stupid question

I'll kick myself when someone gives me the answer, I've done it plenty of times before but I have a mental blank this morning...

How do you fix a row/column so it stays there even whilst you're scrolling up/down or left/right within the sheet? ie. You have 2011, 2012 etc in row 2 and want that to be visible even when you scroll to cell 300 much further down.

I couldn't find what I'm after on Excel Help using keywords fix or lock etc.

Up top, click on window menu, freeze pane :p

Go to Windows -> Freeze Pane

Adjust/move the the dark horizon and vertical lines to include the rows and columns you wish to freeze.

Cheers,
Oracle.

Thanks guys. I could have sworn I looked at the Windows menu but must have focussed too much on Edit Insert Format & Tools.
