Experience as a creditor with ITSA as insolvency trustee?

Hi,

Does anybody here have any experience with ITSA?

More specifically in a situation where you are a primary creditor and ITSA is acting as trustee in bankruptcy of your debtor?

Would be keen to chat via if so (via PM or email), have a few questions.

ITSA will manage the file in a very clinical manner. Unless there is clearly a breach of the bankruptcy act, or something like hiding assets from creditors, they don't investigate much.

I have not been a creditor, however have represented may bankrupts (as a lawyer - a former life of mine) when they have become bankrupt. I never found ITSA to be aggressive in their investigations.
