Due-diligence tool: not just partners but IPs as well!

A feature of Facebook the existence of thousands of groups accessible with a search function.

There may even be groups for the suburbs your IPs are in. Member numbers seem to range from 10 to over 100.

These groups may allow you to ask locals about the area so are potential tools in the investors' due diligence library.

I recently read that the 23yo co-founder and CEO of facebook knocked back a US$1b offer from Yahoo to purchase it last year. Good move because Microsoft recently paid US$240m for a 1.6% stake valuing the company at US$15b!
