Feasibility study Template?

Hello All,
I am just wondering if there is any Feasibility study template available for a property development. Are there any softwares available?
The plan is to subdivide a block for 3 units development, one will be future PPOR and rest 2 will be investment properties.

It is very comprehensive and I would think would be ideal for a multi-story development but do you know of anything a little more basic for evaluation small townhouse developments etc.

Its quite easy and you can set it out how you want it

Feastudy 6 is excellent (cost approx $700), then again so are excel spreadsheets.

Whatever you use, the output is only as good as your assumptions and data you input.

Both forms of feasibility are useless if you don't have a reasonable handle on the various costs associated including construction costs, end values and not to forget all the multitude of smaller add-ons including finance, fees, more fees and contingencies.
