Les, Andrew, Simon and for anyone else who maybe interested.
In regards to postings about borrowing from the US. I had posted an article on another forum run by Robert Kyosaki. Located at http://www.richdad.com I have just had a response from a person saying that he believes there is a way to be able to do this. In the posting he's said that he will investigate it further on Monday and put a reply in, which will be our Tuesday morning here.
I will update again on Tuesday.

PS: I've also got someone that has emailed me at work with a contact to correspond with. I will also update you all on this when I get something back.
