Hi Forum

Has anyone in the forum with multiple loans ever approached a lender without disclosing all or some of the others? I'm sure its common practice. I would be interested to hear anybody's experience with this matter.

I am currently in the process of re financing 3 loans 4 properties from one lender to the another. When i filled out the application form for my broker, i had to sign an agreement to allow the bank to do a credit check and that he will be able to view this info. If you don't disclose all your debts they will find out anyway.
