I remember seeing a post in relation to the buyer placing a higher purchase price in the contract and then reimbursing the seller the difference between the increased contract price and the actual at settlement.
I only saw it the other day but for the life of me can't find it again.
The search function didnt help at all.
Just wondering if anyone knows/remembers where i can find it????????
