how much would normally cost for flatroof extension of approx 100 sqm ?
price per sqm meter ?

any suggestions ?

it is one of those question how long is piece of string but can u help me out with your experience etc...

i would like to make bigger family room another bath/toilet and 2 more beddies.

in sydney a builder would quote you for a budget extension approx $1500/m2 assuming normal site conditions e.g. flat block, good access, std basic finishes

if you have a difficult site, local council issues, bushfire/ heritage area expect to pay more..

if you can provide more details/ info about the site, existing house, propsed design, desired finish the more accurate estimate

What you are after is a "Skillion roof Extension"

Yes it is a bit, how long is a piece of string, however, we are doing a 60sq/m skillion roof at the moment, cost is approx $80k includes new bedroom and ensuite, family room, etc, and a double carport with new driveway
(Carport is gable end)

All colourbond roofing and chamfer boards to match existing
