This was on the market for $439,000 in Dec 13. Back on the market for $560,000.

There was another one in Beckenham I remember last year. Original condition was shocking!

Sold for $316,000 in 25 May 2013. Went back on the market for $439,000 in November 2013. I love how the original ad said: "Needs renovating" AND "Needs complete makeover". No kidding eh? It scrubbed up pretty well though.

It seems like it just dropped off the market. I can't find any sold data. It doesn't seem to have been listed for rent. I can't even find the "after" photos. It was a pretty sweet reno though.
