Frankston South but must be advertised as Frankston.

I have two properties south of the football ground along Kar St. Both are two bed units. One is in Nolan St and the other in George St.

I have put the one on George St on the market and the agent has told me that he cannot advertise it as South Frankston as its really in Frankston. He says something about the REIV and ACCC.

This annoys the hell out of me, as i reckon anything south of the CBD should really be seen as South Frankston.

When i do searches on realestate.com.au, i only search for south frankston. Therefore my property never comes up in the searches.

Has anyone else come accross this recently?

Always thought that the eastern most boundary of Frankston south boundary is on the west side of Kars Street and everything further west. So George, Denbigh Sts for example are Frankston.

Not a good time to be selling in Frangers in any area.
