I have a 1br unit in pyrmont that i am looking to rent out on short term rental given that the return looks much better (and yes vacancy rate higher, but it looks like the vacancy rate is still ok).
Has anyone had experience doing this? If so, what sort of returns have you achieved? What sort of vacancy?
I am looking at The apartment service and apartments plus, has anyone had experience with either of these companies??
