It's a nice street. what was it selling for? Frankston is currently selling for around $250,000 below an amazingly strong Melb median of $601,500

Anyone who can grab a good dual occ site for around $350,000 will find it hard to go wrong. Plenty of these are for sale and one just has to hunt around for the best deals.
 
A charming house, beautifully renovated and a steal for $320,000. Anyone know the block size? If the land size is more than 600sqm then its a potential redevelopment site - not that anyone would want to demolish it in its current state.
 
the block size is 550sqm - it is a charming house definitely a steal for 320k , when reno'd i reckon 400k maybe????
will its location you think not sell?

i just asked the agent about the property and said the last owner paid 327k for it 4 months ago - sold it cause she doesnt know the area well and only knows the beach st shops well.

also buying below the median that will help too correct???
