Gift ideas for the property investor or renovator

There is an upcoming birthday for a keen property investor and renovator.
Any suggestions for a unique and creative gift (less than $200) ?

Was thinking a Bunnins gift card or one of those electronic measuring tools - but would love to get something more interesting.

I know it's uninspiring ... but Bunnings Gift Cards are highly prized in our household!

Perhaps a gift card with a new leather joey pouch (to put the tools in), a new tape measure (as ours always seem to get left somewhere) and some other bits and bobs

You really can't go too far wrong with a bunnings gift card....assuming there's a bunnings where they live

Bunnings gift card is always useful. I greceived a gift card for Pillow Talk which at first I scoffed at, however the pillow I had been using for ten years was quickly replaced with a fancy memory foam that's so much better for my crooked back and neck.
