We are moving to states for atleast 1 year early Feb. I have 3 bedroom townhouse in Toongabbie which I want to rent out.
1. Any recommeded property management services? I can see LJ hooker and Elders shop in toongabbie local market but I have never used a Property management services. How much they will cost and which one is better? I do have a brother who lives in the same surburb. i am wondering if I put tenant myself and give management to him...as I have got a friend who can be potential tenant...do you think its good idea?
2. Since this is PPOR, which I am letting out. Do I have to convert this into Investment property? I dont want to pay capital gain tax when i sell it in future ..2-3 years down the line.
