good accountant in illawarra area

Hi everyone, i'm pleased to say i've had offer and acceptance on the weekend on my first property (YAY!). I've been looking around for a good accountant in the illawarra area, anyone know someone thats good with property? I'm seeking advice on whether to pay interest only or I&P for taxation purposes (negative or positive gearing). It is a block of 2 units and one half will be a PPOR for 6 months to get the FHOG, then investment after that. Any info would be much appreciated, thanks
