Can anybody recommend a good commercial property lawyer in Melbourne?
Its for the purchase of a cheapish commercial property which would be bought from a distressed vendor (i.e. forced sale by bank) so issues would include ensuring caveats are cleared, money owed to other parties is repayed or appropriate adjustments to purchase price made, that sort of thing.
