Hope someone can share / recommend good plumbers for following jobs;
1. to install a reflux valve on site (just outside the garage entrance)
2. to raise a level of overflow relief gully to the upper street level
criteria is
1. Licensed plumber
2. experienced with this task before
3. quick turn around to generate a quote and complete a job within a month
doesn't need to be near the suburb as long as willing to take it with confidence.
As an IP owner residing outside Brisbane, I am having a difficulty to find and engage a plumber to do this job.
My property manager recommended a plumber who met this criteria and he gave me a quote, which I approved and ordered this job in August but his company is having an issue with their staff members (family emergencies etc) since and cannot schedule this job and I don't want to leave it until summer/storm season comes around the corner.
I have obtained drainage plans from Brisbane Council for a plumber.
The suburb of this is Lutwyche 4030.
