The solicitor Rolf recommended is in NSW, they'll be perfectly able to help you. They don't need to be local, just as long as they're in the same state.

As far as what they charge just give them a call, they'll give you a quote, although be wary of using price as your selection criteria.

Fax and email are fine for sending contracts for checking etc but what about when you physically have to sign forms etc? Courier?
