"GR" / Mezzanine Funders

Hi all,

I'm in the process of making an offer for a site where I want to build units for re-sale. I'm looking for a "no money down" deal.

I've heard that you can borrow about 70% from GR Funders (Gross Realization) and 75% from Mezzanine Funders, and this will allow you to purchase the land and build your units fully without putting any of your own money into the deal. Unfortunately I don't know of any of these funders in the SE Qld area.

Could anyone advise of any good GR / Mezz Funders?

Good luck with finding these funders,

Unless they have been to some "seminars" you will find that most astute lenders will want to see that you have some "hurt money" in there.
