Granny Flat Blacktown

Hi, I'm considering building a granny flat at Blacktown and needed a little advise and direction.

1. How much does it cost for a reasonable 2 br grannyflat ?

2. Can anyone recommend a builder which will do everything from approval to completion ?

3. How much would a 2 br rent for with street access ?

Build should cost around the $100k mark - be very careful with what is including in the Building Contract.

There are a few builder's that do start to finish but they will charge you more than if you were to engage a PCA yourself and then the builder.

Rent will depend on a number of things like the street, proximity to the station, etc.

100k is a lot of money, if you have time and a little patience you can do it for much less yourself.

First thing is find out if you can get the finance. Without finance you cant do anything unless your cashed up then that's a different story
