Are there any other states with similar laws to NSW regarding granny flats?
As I understand you cannot do it in QLD without renting both dwellings to the same person. This is similar to VIC as well I believe.
I'm thinking WA and SA in particular as I see some good value at the moment.
I know in SA it is relatively cheap to build so it may be better to subdivide and build new houses.
