Handy Links for Due Dilligence

Hi all
I'm looking for a couple of handy links for some DD.
I am looking at a block of units, I like what I see so far via the net. Now I am looking at the web sites of the council, local rag, jobs and other google bits I can find as I don't know the area.
Are ther any good reliable sites to check information from which are standard?
Sadly I'm not gaining the answers about the near future so to speak for this area as I had hoped to find. I know what the REA will say, just looking for other info as well.

I know there is a list in Jans book, sadly I left it at home, and I'm away for the moment at work.

I did some searching here, but found too many posts to look through.

I have been looking through RP Data, that is the only other site I know.

I use this site for my one stop shop to find all my govt agencies & websites.
