Heaven Investments?

I am exploring investment options and came across a few companies offering anywhere from 10-14 APY on an initial investment ranging from 10K to 250K and higher for commercial professionally managed properties. Has anyone heard of Heaven Investments? And what are some ways to check on the legitimacy of these kind of companies. I’ve already checked the BBB.
