Help please - Granny Flat council requirement in Lidcombe

Dear all,

I want to build a granny flat at the backyard of my IP in Lidcombe. Does anyone know what is the minimum land size requirement to build a granny in Lidcombe? My property is 550 m2 (12m frontage X 45.8m deep).

I can't seem to find the detailed info on Auburn Council LEP.

Min land size is 450m2 and 12m wide at the building line. You should be fine as long as you are clear of sewer lines etc. This is NSW state-wide legislation and not just specific to Lidcome.
