I am a member of Melbourne PC Users group and all members have been asked to look out for suitable new premises. I thought some of the forumites might have some brilliant ideas as usual.
Melbourne PC Users Group is leaving it's current South Melbourne headquarters in the near future and is on the lookout for suitable replacement premises. The key requirements are:
· Minimum of 600-800 sq m (around 1/3 office/training room space, 2/3 meeting rooms.
· 40-80 or more car parking spaces. The larger amount is preferable for after hours parking, close to public transport and must have disabled access.
· Possibly in the St.Kilda - Oakleigh corridor, with good road access.
· Preference is to buy or lease with purchase option.
· Settlement in late 2003, for phases occupation early 2004.

From the requirements mentioned some I suspect that some form of industrial real estate is the likeliest option. If any of the forum have such a property or know of someone likely to have such a property let me know or email Dave with the details.
