I'm thinking about what to build on my Heidelberg Heights property. There is plenty of lower end product on the market and the selling price reflects this.

I was hoping for a higher end value than that. There are some examples of more expensive properties around: e.g. Sold for $595,000

I don't really see the difference and I'm not sure what I am missing. A good point for me is my block is off a main road but overlooks a park.
