It makes you think with the asking price, plus the 100k you would have to sink into this property to make it rentable i don't see any money in the deal

I don't know the area, or how much below value it is for a completed property, but it really would depend to how much you could do yourself.

Four levels not stories,

Legs are standard 75x75 Duragal, with big I beams to get rid of cental post's.

All standard

Actually, the more I look at, the more I like it.

Not sure if there'd be an earn in it though.
